We uphold stringent cleanliness and organization standards in our office and workspaces, diligently disinfecting surfaces and areas on a regular basis. Our commitment extends to staying informed about the latest news and recommendations from authoritative sources such as the CDC (Center for Disease Control), provincial and federal governments, and the WHO (World Health Organization).

Upon the establishment of local pick-up and delivery services, we will promptly notify our customers via email of any pertinent protocols. Currently, we adhere to masking and vaccine guidelines set forth by provincial and federal health authorities.

Our team is fully vaccinated and poised to assist our customers with utmost care and consideration for their well-being. Effective March 21, 2022, in accordance with masking mandates, we recognize that some customers opting for future pick-up may no longer be obligated to wear masks. However, we kindly request that individuals experiencing illness or suspecting COVID-19 exposure mask up during face-to-face interactions with our staff. Should face-to-face transactions be unnecessary for your pick-up order, alternative arrangements can be made. We urge all customers to adhere to this policy, prioritizing the safety of everyone, particularly vulnerable populations, during these uncertain times.
